This course seeks to explain the rudiments of data and information. It generally illustrates how issues of the real world can be represented in a database using the conceptual, logical or physical model with its own rules and principles. It then invokes the introduction of Structured Query Language (SQL) and eventually the organization of data items into database by the use of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
